Mark Little, Managing Partner

A retired Army Officer, Special Operations professional, and Harvard Business School Alumnus, Mark is a highly accomplished leader who brings 15 years of C-suite advisory experience in strategy, innovation, and operational excellence across the technology, aerospace & defense, and diplomatic arenas.

Out of uniform, Mark’s unique skillsets have been pivotal to the success of major defense organizations and veteran non-profits in D.C., and cutting-edge technology startups in Silicon Valley. His comprehensive experience instructing and advising Defense Attachés and Fortune 500 Vice Presidents, as well as leading negotiations for global corporate joint ventures are the cornerstone to the Executive Advisory and Strategic Management services that Strativ provides.

Mark’s academic and professional credentials are eclipsed only by his story of resiliency and determination. His retirement from the Army came after two Purple Hearts and two prosthetic legs; but determined to continue his service, he excelled in the Special Operations and Intelligence fields as a Department of the Army Civilian. His progressive pursuit of self-improvement has yielded a Master Certificate for Applied Intelligence from Mercyhurst University, a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from George Washington University, and a Harvard Business School diploma from the Executive Education program.


Jason Ely, Managing Partner

Jason is a highly accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience, focused on the intersection of business strategy, employee engagement, and customer experience. With an extensive background in management consulting, Jason has worked for renowned companies including Deloitte, Accenture, and Booz Allen Hamilton, making significant contributions to both federal government clients and commercial corporations.

Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale and complex business projects within the federal government. From federal financial management to large-scale system implementation, he is skilled at all levels of client delivery. His diverse experience includes supporting over 25 federal agencies within the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government, namely: Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Energy, Homeland Security, Justice, State, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs.

Jason is well known for creating meaningful experiences by connecting people with purpose (the “why”) and translating big picture goals into small, digestible actions. He has been publicly recognized for building high-performing teams and for his genuine dedication to mentoring and coaching others.

Jason holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Coastal Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from George Mason University. Punctuating his commitment to professional growth and innovation, Jason maintains numerous certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA), and ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP).

Douglas Flory

Douglas brings over 20 years of experience leading the way change works. He is a recent member of the Global Board of Directors for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global) and is a widely-known speaker, author, and advocate for change management, organizational culture, and employee experience.

Throughout his career, Douglas has helped global business executives lead organizations into the future by approaching each transformation with the right balance of art and science to ensure people-centric strategy and benefits realization.

Along with our leadership team, Douglas cares deeply about making a positive difference, which is why Strativ is working with him to develop industry-specific strategies, solutions, and methodologies to lead the way change works for our clients.


Geoff Janjua

Geoff is the Deputy CISO/Senior Vice President of Security Engineering at Clear and is a cybersecurity executive with over 20 years of experience in security, IT, operations, and strategy. Based in New York City, he is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Executive Education program and holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology - Security from Western Governors University.

In addition to his corporate experience, Geoff has also worked in U.S. Military Special Operations. His work has earned him several awards and recognitions, such as the Superior Civilian Service Medal from the Department of the Army and the Security Council Award for Excellence from Northrop Grumman. He has identified multiple zero-day vulnerabilities and holds patents in the cybersecurity arena.
 
Geoff advises Strativ on best practices at the forefront of technology integration and cybersecurity. 


Michael St.Onge

Michael is a cybersecurity leader with a track record of success at fielding secure technology. His work history includes nearly 20 years of United States government work as a Servicemember, government employee, and government contractor, in addition to nearly 8 years at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, he successfully founded, operated, and sold Saint Security Services, LLC providing security engineering services to both public and private sector.

During his time with Amazon, he led large internal and external projects that made meaningful, positive impact on millions of lives. Michael is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and an empathetic leader who understands that great technology is driven by great people and that great people work their best when they can be their most authentic selves.
